How do I create an IndigoStarfish account?

When placing an order you must register with us in order to be able to enter your details and choose your delivery address/es. (Please note this does not include your payment card details). You will also be asked to set up a password to access your account.

Will I get an order confirmation?

We will send you email confirmation detailing the exact order received after your order is placed.

When will my products be delivered?

What if my order has not arrived?

First of all, view your order history online by signing in to indigostarfish.com here. If your order has been despatched and has not arrived within the expected time period please email our customer services team at info@indigostarfish.com or call us on Freephone 0800 917 9990.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Do you deliver or send products outside of the UK?

We only deliver within the UK at present.

How long will it take to receive a refund from my returned products?

How do I use my promotion code?

You can apply a promotion code to your order at the confirmation stage of the checkout process. On the confirmation screen you will see an area labelled ‘Promotion Code’, with a text box for the promotion code to be entered.

Once the promotion code is entered please click ‘Apply Promotion Code’, and if the promotion code is recognised by the system then the appropriate reduction will be applied to the order total. You can then click the ‘Make Payment’ button to proceed to the payment section of the checkout process.
